He began his career in 1993 in New York City in the contingency staffing field, where he spent 13 years staffing up his own clients in the healthcare, legal, finance and banking sectors. He moved to Durham, NC and was hired as a corporate recruiter for Eli Global in 2012, where he became a trusted executive recruiter who partners with portfolio managers and executive teams to recruit professionals for a wide range of roles, particularly in the finance, accounting, information technology, and mergers and acquisition fields. As part of the Talent Acquisition Innovation team, Kevin digs deep to understand what candidates are seeking in their next role, and what hiring managers are seeking in employees—to ensure a match that keeps companies and staff thriving.

 

 

Oliver Horvath, Corporate Recruiter

Executive Recruiter Oliver has 9+ years of experience in full lifecycle internal and external recruiting, marketing, and business development, along with high-level ATS skills and a personal dedication to assisting others in developing their careers.

Before joining the Talent Acquisition Innovation team, Oliver was a Talent Manager at a large-scale printing company, where he recruited candidates for several manufacturing facilities across the U.S., created recruiting and hiring SOPs, and provided ATS training. In previous positions, Oliver led recruiting efforts for several companies throughout the country. He also created company marketing strategies, conducted candidate interviews and offer negotiations, trained managers on best performance review practices, implemented ATS, and more.
